Who publishes this, and how it is built
ISO 81001-1 Revision Checker is published by The Art of Service. It is a reference and a working register for the second edition of a health software safety standard, written for the CISO and the security compliance lead who has to show what applies and what evidence is kept.
What this site is
A public record of the ISO/DIS 81001-1 stage and dates, a plain words register of the published first edition's structure, a free scope and date check, and a paid kit and watch. The register is written from the public ISO record and the public contents, foreword, introduction and scope of the first edition. The draft text is not public and is not quoted.
What it is not
It is not a certification, an audit, legal advice or a substitute for a clinical safety case. It does not reproduce the standard. It does not claim that an organisation conforms. Where a page names a clause without stating its requirements, it says so.
Who it is for
CISOs and security compliance leads in health software and health IT, and the clinical safety or quality lead who owns the evidence. The buyer is named on every page because a register without an owner is a reading exercise.

The planning date of 14 September 2027 is an estimate. ISO has not recorded a publication date. The record labels the estimate wherever it appears and the watch replaces it when a real date is recorded.
If a line on this site does not match the official record, email support@ with the clause and the source. A correction is published with its date in the changelog.
Nothing here is invented. The register reads the public ISO record and the published structure of the first edition. The four market pages name the held standards that sit around it for a CISO in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Australia, with the count of rules kept for each. Every one links to the standard page so you can check it.

These standards are named and counted, not quoted. Where a market's regime is not held in the library, the page says so instead of stating it.
