Sources
Every source this register reads, with the date and the limit
The register is only as good as its sources. Each one is listed with what it carries, what it does not, the date it was read and a link. Where a source is silent, the page says so.
| Source | Link | Read | What it carries and what it does not |
|---|---|---|---|
| ISO/DIS 81001-1, official record ISO/DIS 81001-1, Edition 2, stage 40.20, DIS ballot initiated 5 October 2026, 62 pages | https://www.iso.org/standard/91523.html | 2026-10-21 | The official record: designation, title, committee, ICS, edition, page count, status, abstract and the full stage history. The draft text is not public at the enquiry stage and is not quoted. |
| ISO 81001-1:2021, official record ISO 81001-1:2021, Edition 1, published March 2021, 61 pages, stage 90.92 | https://www.iso.org/standard/71538.html | 2026-10-21 | The base standard record: title, scope, abstract, committee, ICS, publication date, page count and the relationship to the draft. | ISO 81001-1:2021, public document preview ISO 81001-1:2021(E), public document preview: contents, foreword, introduction and the opening of Clause 1 | https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#!iso:std:71538:en | 2026-10-21 | The public preview linked from the ISO record. It carries the contents, foreword, introduction, Figure 1 and the start of Clause 1. The clause text beyond that point is not public, so pages for Clauses 2 to 5 and the annexes state the published structure and label every line by basis. |
| ISO/TC 215, Health informatics ISO/TC 215, Health informatics, committee page | https://www.iso.org/committee/54960.html | 2026-10-21 | The technical committee that prepares the document together with IEC/TC 62/SC 62A. Used for the committee attribution and the series context. |
| ISO stage codes ISO, stage codes for the development of International Standards | https://www.iso.org/stage-codes.html | 2026-10-21 | The public explanation of the stage codes used on the record, including 40.20 and 40.60. Used to read the dates on the ISO page, not to predict them. |
THE RULE
Never a page from memory or a search snippet
Every row in the register traces to one of these sources. A line that cannot be traced is not published. The draft text is not public, so the register states the published first edition's structure and labels every line by basis. When the second edition publishes, the record is re-read and the rows are re-stated from the text, not from memory.
