What this site collects, where it is kept and who can see it
The free check runs in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent anywhere. The kit and the watch involve payment and email, and this page states exactly what is kept.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Pages are served by Cloudflare. Saved work and accounts are kept in Supabase in Sydney, Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2), encrypted at rest and in transit. Payments are processed by Stripe. Sign-in and receipt mail is sent through SendGrid. Those four are the only processors. Saved work is kept until the user deletes it or closes the account. Support opens a saved record only on the user's request.
The free check
The check is a script in the page. Your answers stay in the browser tab and are not transmitted to us or to anyone else. We do not set analytics cookies on it. If you close the tab, the answers are gone.
The kit
When you buy the kit, Stripe collects your payment details and email. We receive the email, the plan and the payment confirmation. The email is used to create your account and to send the files and the receipt. We do not sell it and we do not add it to a marketing list without a separate choice.
The watch
The watch needs your email to send the diff. It is kept with your subscription in Stripe and used only for the change emails and the receipt. You can cancel from the Stripe receipt and the address is removed from the active list.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Email support@theartofservice.com. We answer within a reasonable time and we do not charge for a request.

The site sets a session cookie only after a purchase or a sign-in. It carries no advertising identifier and is not shared with a third party.
