A line the record carries
A stage, a date, a title, an edition, a page count or a clause in the public contents. The citation is on the row and the source is linked.
One reviewed record drives every page, the free check, the kit and the watch. A change is not done until every output agrees with it. This page states the method so a reader can check the work, not only the answer.
The official ISO page for the draft gives the designation, the title, the committee, the ICS, the edition, the page count, the status, the abstract and the stage history. The official page for the first edition gives the same for the edition that applies today. The public preview of the first edition gives the contents, the foreword, the introduction and the start of Clause 1.
Those are the sources. No page is written from memory, a search snippet or a secondary summary of the draft. The draft text is not public during the ballot, so the register states the published first edition's structure and never presents a clause requirement as the draft's own.
A stage, a date, a title, an edition, a page count or a clause in the public contents. The citation is on the row and the source is linked.
The evidence a reviewer asks for, the common gaps and the action before publication are our professional reading. They are marked as our reading, not as the standard's text.
Where the draft text or a change summary is not public, the row says so. It does not guess and it does not fill the gap with a plausible sentence.
The record is dated and hashed. The refresh script re-reads the official pages, compares the fields with the record and exits non-zero on any change. The watch emails the diff. A change to a stage, a date, a title, an edition, a page count or the abstract cannot pass silently.
| Check | What it proves |
|---|---|
| Record hash | Every page, the kit and the check read the same record |
| Refresh diff | The official record still matches the fields this site states |
| Page citation | Each row links to the source it came from |
| Overlap check | No sentence reproduces the source's wording beyond the seven-word limit |
The method is a claim about the work, and the work is checkable: the record hash is on the changelog and the sources are linked.
