Terms

The terms of use, in plain words

These terms cover the free pages, the free check, the kit and the watch. They are written to be read, not to hide a limit.

Accuracy

The register is our reading of the public ISO record and the published first edition's structure. It is written in our words, not the official text, and it must be checked before you rely on it. The draft is not published and its text is not reproduced. Where a page names a clause without stating its requirements, it says so. We correct a line that does not match the official record and publish the correction with its date.

Trademarks and copyright

ISO and IEC are the publishers of the standard. Their names and the standard's designation are used to identify the document. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by ISO, the IEC, the US Department of Health and Human Services, the US Food and Drug Administration, the European Commission, the UK Government, the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration or any national standards body. The standard's text remains the copyright of its publishers and is not reproduced here.

No certification

Nothing on this site certifies an organisation, a system or a product. The free check returns a reading of your answers. The kit is a working register. Neither is an audit, a legal opinion or a clinical safety case.

Digital delivery and refunds

The kit is a digital file delivered immediately after payment through the download link on the return page. Because it is delivered at once, a change of mind after download is not a ground for a refund, except where the Australian Consumer Law gives you a remedy. The specimen shows the columns and the shape before you buy. The watch is a monthly subscription and can be cancelled from the Stripe receipt; cancelling stops the next charge and does not refund a period already started, except where the law requires it.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, condition or warranty that the Australian Consumer Law gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a guarantee applies and the failure is not a major failure, our liability is limited to a lawful resupply of the service or a refund of the amount paid, at our option. Where the failure is a major failure, you may choose a refund or a resupply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
