An email when the record changes. Silence when it does not.
USD 49 a month. The watch re-reads the official record and compares it with the record this site was built from. When something changes, you get the diff: what was, what is, and the date it was read.
Seven things, and the draft text when it lands
- The stage code and its label
- Any stage date, including the close of voting
- The designation, the title and the edition
- The page count
- The abstract
- The committee and the ICS
- The publication date, when one is recorded
- The draft text, when it becomes public
A plain email with the field that changed, the old value, the new value and the source URL. One email per change, not a digest and not a newsletter. If two things change in one read, they arrive in one email with both lines.
No marketing mail, no weekly summary, no "tips". The watch exists to tell you when the ground moves. Anything else would train you to ignore it.
The text is not public, so the watch cannot send it yet
The draft is at ballot. The public record changes when ISO records a stage or a date, and the watch sends that. The draft text is not public, so the watch cannot send a clause diff today. When the text or a change summary lands, the watch sends it. A competitor that promises the clause changes today is either guessing or holding a text it cannot show you.
